REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email at our Contact Us page, or by replying to the email confirmation you received at the time you placed your order.
You will receive your RMA, any necessary product-specific return instructions and any applicable return shipping label by email.
PACK YOUR ITEM
- Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Placement of stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package can void our return policy for that item.
SHIP YOUR ITEM
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
